TS 10th Class Exams are after June 1st Week
The High Court on Tuesday held a hearing on the conduct of post-graduate exams in Telangana. After hearing arguments from both sides, the Supreme Court has made it clear that the TS 10th Class SSC will be conducted after the first week of June. The court was ordered to meet on June-3rd and submit a report on June 4. The court advised Corona to take preventive measures if the tests were performed and not to perform tests if the condition was severe.
Previously, 3 tests were conducted for two subjects. Balakrishna, a private teacher, approached the High Court to postpone post-graduation exams in the wake of the corona outbreak. The court then issued an interim injunction ordering the postponement of the tests. According to court orders, 8 tests of the four subjects have been postponed. The CM said that the tests should be conducted within this month. The state government has approached the High Court to revoke the interim injunctions as the High Court had in the past. The government has asked the government to allow the administration of exams to provide students with transport facilities and to look into the future of 5.50 lakh students.
Petitioner counsel responded that the coronation in Telangana is still going on and that the positive cases are increasing day by day and not in the lives of the students. The Advocate General Court has come to the conclusion that the Government is taking all precautions to prevent corona. The AG said it would conduct a review on June 3rd. The High Court said it would hold hearings after the first week of June if the conditions were favorable and postpone the corona stay. He ordered that each test should have a duration of rendezvous between the centers and that the test centers were not physically possible. Advised not to perform during the lockdown.
